David Kabisch is currently a graduate Editing Fellow at the American Film Institute Conservatory, and has graduated with a BA from the University of Hawaii at Manoa Academy for Creative Media. He participated in the SMART Exchange program with the Shanghai University School for Film and Television in summer of 2014, and has interned as a Creative Lab mentor for the Hawaii International Film Festival and as a program coordinator for NETPAC/USA (Network for the Promotion of Pacific Island and Asian Cinema). His short film THE LEI MAKERS has found great international success, having screened in the Shanghai, Guam, Hawaii and Big Island Film Festivals.
